C10 Honda super charged

Lyndon George approached me a couple of years ago ref taking the engine and box out of his c7 mini pick up and putting it in to one of our class 10 chassis .
The long time racer has had a few years sabbatical and as of January we had the green light to go ahead with the build.
Excited by the project we stripped out his old pick up saving the engine box silencer and suspension opting to renew all the other parts.
The main challenge was trying to make the chassis as compact as possible whilst using the silencer off the 7 that Lyndon chose to use. We managed tuck the silencer in as much as possible out the rear with some decent bar work protection around the back of it. The chassis then went off to GJP for all alloy work to be done inc belt covers tanks radiator switch panels and bespoke air filter cover. The chassis then went off to CCC for Lyndon’s usual Pink paint work and then to Chris prior graphics
The car is now fully built up and at black race looms for wiring before its last trip to Simpson race exhaust
We wish Lyndon all the best and really look forward to working with him on making this car a front runner.
