Seeking to elevate standards, Graham assembled a team of like-minded professionals, earning BBGem recognition across automotive, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. With the integration of Graham’s personal company, GB Consultancy, BBGem has expanded its expertise, now serving clients across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the USA. This sourcing, buying, and engineering support has become the largest part of the BB brand.

Despite this growth, motorsport remains at the core of BBGem. Graham continues to lead key projects alongside a skilled and trusted team, with BB Motorsport Ltd now part of the BBGem family. To further enhance in-house capabilities, BBGem has established a Finishing Department, offering high-end shot blasting and powder coating services. This ensures full control over quality from concept to completion.

As a true family business, Graham’s daughter, who serves as a director of the company, is integral to the daily operations, bringing a fresh perspective and reinforcing the second-generation leadership of BBGem. This strong family foundation ensures that BBGem’s core values of precision, innovation, and commitment to excellence continue to thrive.

As a one-stop shop, BBGem partners with an extensive network to provide CAD engineering, 3D printing, carbon fiber design, and global manufacturing solutions.
