Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bennett Built Group Engineering Manufacture Limited, all our products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.

However, if your item arrives with a defect in workmanship, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

To be eligible:

• You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.

• We may request the item to be returned for inspection.

To initiate a claim: Email us at sales@bbgem.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse claims if we determine the defect is due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation.
