Class 6 Micra 16v Vauxhals

Hear at BB try our best to diversify what we build and are now building front wheel drive cars.

So when Martyn Canning came to us with a chance to build a new car for him we were delighted as a former customer in 8 Martyn’s always been easy to deal with.

We needed to start from scratch though as no jigs for any items on a c6 we got to work.

We built a cage and rear end flat floor of course and went with a rear beam type setup for the suspension.
Having done a bit of homework with a few drivers this set up tends to work better on the flatter more polished tracks but also makes for a very light backend so should give more weight over the front to help with traction.
Martyn already had a 6 previously so we were able to use his engine and box and a few parts off that but the majority of this build was all new components.

Martyn opted to build the car up him self and has done a great job in doing so as these things are not as easy as they look to put together.
