Our off the shelf kits currently uses a Limited slip differential with chain drive and will be available to pre-order from February 1st 2022.
We are currently designing a bespoke geared drive box with built in reverse system which we expect to be a great addition to this kit and to which will be available in 3 months (early May 2022 we are yet to have a full cost on this box)
There are no hidden costs with our kit everything you need to complete your build is in with this price.
The kit we supply is available as a direct replacement for you’re a-series engine using the same sub frame with very minimal modification.
The standard sub frame requires very light modification (A template is supplied) and the kit sits on standard mini engine mountings, this makes this kit unique in the way that you can replace the GSXR 1000 engine with your standard A-Series engine using the same sub frame even after the light modification has been made.
An in-depth detailed online tutoring course on how to build and fit your kit will be available as well as our renowned customer service and back-up.
This is a great off the shelf kit which will provide the purchaser with a good amount of self-satisfaction and enjoyment in fitting. However, we do offer a full fitting service should it be necessary.
What you will need to supply for your kit is a full running engine kit. Your engine will require a modified sump and swinging pick up, this will improve the life expectancy of your engine drastically. We can supply this at an extra cost if needed.

· Modification of customer supplied bike loom including ECU Flash up to and including a Race Technology Ltd dash and oil pressure sensors (you can choose to run on the standard bike dash which would save costs in comparison to running a Race Technology Ltd dash, this can be wired to suit).

As a race prep and full chassis build company BB Motorsport ltd will soon be offering there own designed rear beam inc disc braking and light weight Wilwood caliper set up to fit in to your standard mini wheel and standard sub frame mounts.
We also offer our own branded Nitron shock and spring set up which has been designed in house at Nitron for the mini application. This has been extensively tested on hill climb and road going use.
In house at team BB is our own Aluminum shop which can make you any thing from Radiators/Inter coolers to fuel/oil tanks.
We will be able to supply all types of upgraded parts for your mini build.
