Jord Couplands Skoda type R supercharged

Jord Coupland of SKODUKI fame came to me a few weeks back looking for a change of class from his 7 pick up to his routes in a front wheel drive class.

Compared to the previous micra 6 this was a lot more difficult build due to the height of the Honda engine and the fact the Skoda has such a low front end.

This meant lowering the front frame to get the engine and box lower in the frame also the mountings on the Honda are not great either so trying to mount was a task to not only these issues Jordan’s supercharger hangs right out the front so meant it needed to have some clever removable bar work over it and due to the rules of the class it had to be out of smaller material.
Once again we went with the rear beam set up as with the previous builds.

Unlike the last build this one was finished in house by us less engine and box which Jordan will fit him self
